Under this raised beach house was an underutilized storage area. The owners wanted it to be an entertaining area – and we delivered! We built a chef’s kitchen and a stylish bathroom inside. On the outside we layed wood look tile floors, ceiling fans, a bar with windows that open up to the kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area, as well as a sauna. To top it all off you have to enter through a sliding barn door. We hit it out of the park! Take a look for yourself.
